Mary Anne McKay Memorial Scholarship Fund Established
In memory of Mary Anne McKay, 1921 -2023
A scholarship fund has been established in memory of Mary Anne McKay at the Outer Banks Community Foundation. The McKay Memorial Scholarship Fund will provide need-based academic scholarships to local students. An obituary of Mrs. McKay can be viewed at The Washington Post.
