Remebering Kiki Kiousis

Vasiliki “Kiki” G. Kiousis.
We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved former neighbor in Southern Shores, Vasiliki “Kiki” G. Kiousis. Kiki was a cherished member of our community and a friend to all who knew her.
Every year during the Christmas season, Kiki would stop by our office with plates of her delicious homemade baklava, a thoughtful gesture that brought warmth and joy to everyone here. Her kindness and generosity will be deeply missed.
To honor her life and legacy, Kiki’s family has established a memorial fund in her name through the Outer Banks Community Foundation. This fund has been created to support families involved in the hospitality industry on the Outer Banks. We invite you to join us in remembering Kiki by contributing to the Perry & Kiki Kiousis Memorial Fund. You can make a donation by clicking here.
Born in Greece, Kiki emigrated to the United States and dedicated her life to her family and community. For many years, she and her husband Perry owned and operated the beloved Point Harbor Restaurant, where they welcomed locals and visitors alike with warm hospitality and delicious Greek cuisine.
Hers was a life well-lived, filled with love for her children, grandchildren, and friends. Kiki’s warmth, generosity, and love for cooking left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
You can read more about her life and legacy in her obituary.
Our hearts are with Kiki’s family during this difficult time. We will always remember her as a wonderful neighbor and a dear friend who made our lives better with her kindness.
