Remembering Ben Birindelli

Everyone at the Outer Banks Community Foundation would like to extended our sincere condolences to the family of Ben Birindelli.

Ben and Nancy Birindelli have faithfully supported the Community Foundation for 15 years. They established the Birindelli Family Fund in 2013, a Donor Advised fund that awards grants to the charities that are making the biggest impact in our community.

To honor his life and legacy, Ben’s family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Birindelli Family Fund at the Outer Banks Community Foundation. Donations will be used to award grants for worthy causes in our community. You can make a donation by clicking here.

A celebration of Ben’s life will be held at the Duck Woods Country Club on May 17, 2025 at 12pm. Interment will be at Arlington National Ceremony in Virginia. You can read more about his wonderful life in his obituary.
