OBCF 101-13- Ways To Give

In an effort to better connect with our community and educate people about all of the unique facets of the Community Foundation, we have created OBCF 101.

As the season of giving approaches, we wanted to take a moment and use OBCF 101-13 to let you know all of the ways you can give to the Community Foundation.

Below are some examples of different ways to give:

  • Make a cash donation via credit card on our website, mailing in a check, or even actual cash
  • Gifts of appreciated securities, also known as stocks
  • Gifts by bequest
  • Real estate (subject to gift acceptance policy)
  • Gifts from a retirement account
  • Giving through your private foundation
  • Gifts of life insurance
  • Charitable lead trusts

As you can see there are many ways to give to OBCF, and we are here to help you find the giving technique that best suits your circumstances and goals.
