Hugh A. McCullen Scholarship Fund
The family of Hugh A. McCullen is establishing a scholarship fund in Hugh’s memory.
A North Carolina native and proud Appalachian State University graduate, Hugh was born and raised in Garner, North Carolina. In his last few years, Hugh chose Manteo as his second adopted home. Hugh quickly became a dynamic member of the local community, serving as President of the Manteo Rotary Club. One of his greatest joys was helping high school students in Dare County achieve their dreams of higher education through Manteo Rotary Club scholarships. While Hugh enjoyed and had much success in business, he found fulfillment in life through his family and his faith.
