Community Foundation Releases 2015 Annual Report

What’s your charitable passion? The Outer Banks Community Foundation explores this in its just released 2015 Annual Report, showcasing 7 new endowment funds and over $620,000 in grants and scholarships. The report spotlights Stewart Couch and Ruth Medgyes and their 2015 scholarship recipients, along with grants in honor of mothers, sons, animals, art, and parks.
