After graduating from East Carolina University, Ray returned to his roots, embracing a career that mirrored his devotion to community. From humble beginnings as a bank teller, he ascended to the presidency of OBX Bank, becoming a pillar of support for local businesses and a beacon of wisdom for those seeking guidance.
