The Community Foundation offers Focus Grants once each year to help organizations supporting people with disabilities. In any given year, the Community Foundation may award grants from each Focus Fund separately; or, two or three of these funds may be combined to award larger grants. Applications for Focus Grants must be submitted through our online form. Applications are usually due on the last Friday of April each year, and awarded on the first Thursday of June.
